Gatherings

Geloffee Gatherings are a great way to bring friends a family together
while enjoying delicious coffees, teas, and even desserts.

Top 5 Reasons to Host a Gathering:

1. Bring Family and Friends Closer Together
2. Learn About New Products, Culture, and People.
3. Taste New and Delicious Coffees and Teas
4. Earn Money and Points Towards Geloffee Products
5. Entertain, Educate, and Enjoy!

Due to the company's new and exciting features, some processes are
still under development.

Step 1: Find a Location
Gatherings should be hosted in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
There should be room for 6-12 people and allow the freedom to
communicate and interact openly. There should also be access to
electricity as well as purified water and presentation space.
Suggestions include; kitchens, dining rooms, etc.

Step 2: Contact a Consultant
Consultants are the key to any great Gathering. Not only to they
supply the products and equipment, they are extremely knowledgeable on
the preparation, tasting, and preserving Geloffee coffees, teas, and
equipment. To locate a consultant in your area or become a consultant
yourself, please visit the consultant page.

Step 3: Choose a Gathering
Choose a Gathering to fit every occasion or time of year. Some
Gatherings include; The Coffee Experience, The Tea Experience, Variety
Gathering, A Holiday Gathering, Sipping in the Summer, etc.

Step 4: Date and Time
Select a time for your Gathering. This should be a commonly convenient
time (evenings, weekends, etc.) Although presentations only last about
an hour, leave time for set-up, questions, conversation, and clean
up. (Approx. 3-5 Hours)

Step 5: Invitations
It's time to host your Gathering. You may send e-vites through the
web, or use our PDF templates for personal mail invitations
(recommended). Make sure to invite extra people, as many may be unable
to attend. Friends and family can RSVP right on the website to give a
better idea on who to expect (instructions available on invitation
template). If you would like to make your Gathering public, you are
free to do that as well.
